Inventarisasi Jenis Liken Di Kawasan Taman Nasional Gunung Rinjani (TNGR) Resort Kembang Kuning Kabupaten Lombok Timur

The forest area of Mount Rinjani National Park is one part of the tropical rain forest which consists of various types of ecosystems and vegetation which are quite complete, ranging from lowland tropical rain forests to intact mountain tropical rain forests, where one of the parts managed is the Resort Area Kembang Kuning, Jeruk Manis Village, Sikur District, East Lombok Regency. This research aims to carry out an inventory of lichen types in the Kembang Kuning Resort Area, Jeruk Manis Village, East Lombok Regency, using exploration methods and microscopic analysis. Lichen is an organism that originates from two mutualistic symbioses, namely fungi and algae. The results of the research show that there are five types of lichen that grow on tree trunk and leaf substrates, with different characteristics, namely, fullicolous lichen, Phlyctis agelaea, Cryptothecia striata, Lepraria sp, and Flavopunctelia flaventior (Stirt). Likens has also been proven to have an important role as an environmental bioindicator and pioneer plant in its environment. Thus, this research provides an in-depth understanding of lichen ecology, their symbiotic relationships, and their contribution as indicators of environmental health. Conservation measures and further understanding of lichen biodiversity in this area are key in maintaining environmental and ecosystem sustainability in the Kembang Kuning Resort Area, Jeruk Manis Village, East Lombok Regency.
