Okulasi Tanaman Mangga dan Langsat untuk Membuktikan Adanya Komunikasi Sel Tanaman Beda Jenis

Abstract

Plants carry out various types of activities such as communicating. Plants can communicate externally and internally (cellular). Cellular communication in plants can be analyzed through grafting experiments. The purpose of this research is to prove the existence of communication in different plant species and to analyze the forms of cellular communication in plants. The grafting was carried out using two different types of plants, namely mango and langsat plants. The results of the study showed that there was no cellular communication between the two types of plants. There are several things that cause failure including plant stress faktors, plant kinship faktors, and anatomical and physiological faktors of each grafting plant.
