Pengaruh Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) Terhadap Literasi Lingkungan Siswa SMPN 2 Sakra Pada Materi Pencemaran Lingkungan

This study aims to determine the influence of the Problem Based Learning model on students' environmental literacy. This study is a quantitative research of the type of quasi experiment with a Non˗Equivalence control group design. The population of this study is all grade VII of SMPN 2 Sakra which totals 240 students. The sample used was 2 classes taken by simple random sampling technique where class B was the PBL model experiment class and class D was the conventional model control class. The data collection technique uses tests and questionnaires with question instruments in the form of pretest and posttest of environmental pollution material. The data analysis technique uses the product moment correlation formula assisted by SPPS 24. Based on the results of the analysis of the research data, it was shown that there was a difference in the value of the t-test results in the environmental literacy of the experimental class and the control class. The results of the research hypothesis test are seen from the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.001 in the knowledge indicator while in the Sig. attitude and behavior questionnaire indicator of 0.000. . This means that the results of environmental literacy show a Sig< value of 0.05 that there is a difference in learning outcomes between the Problem Based Learning model and the conventional model.
